Job SummaryDESCRIPTIONAWS Energy and Utilities team is looking for a talented Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) to lead and deliver Programs to enable our Energy customers’ sustainability transformation goals. The Sr. TPM will work cross-functionally across Amazon teams to implement sustainability programs for customers that will bring about measurable operational and environmental benefits. This is a high-impact role with an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on our customers’ decarbonization metrics. You will have the exciting opportunity to build and establish customer and partner trust, and lead the adoption of the AWS cloud computing platform across AWS’s most strategic Energy customers.

You will partner with Product managers, Solution architects, Solution builders, Professional services and diversified customer groups to understand customer needs and develop project plans to deliver a shared business outcome. You will lead the design, development and maintenance of customer programs with ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive sustainability within current and potential customers’ organizations. You have proven data analysis, problem-solving and project management skills and will own the creation and maintenance of Weekly, Quarterly, and Yearly business metric reports for each of your customer engagements.

You are a program manager with strong technical background, detail-driven, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and exemplary communicator both at the executive and project team level. You will be a peer leader, have the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate and a track record of delivering successful programs. You will adeptly interact, communicate and partner with other teams at AWS and represent your team to executive management. Experience working directly with enterprise customers is required, and prior experience working with cloud technology companies is preferred but not required.
