As part of Optum, DocASAP is a patient access platform that matches the patient with the right provider, at the right time and right setting. The Optum Care team is one of the biggest businesses of DocASAP serving the internal Optum care delivery organizations. This team is responsible for connecting to all the Optum care employed and affiliated providers and bringing them onto the platform to provide digital access to their consumers. This team is also responsible for deploying the Optum digital strategy to improve health care access for the consumers. You will play a significant part in deploying and supporting the product as well as helping define the 2022 and 2023 product roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implementation of the scheduling micro product for all Optum Care delivery organizations employed and affiliated physicians

Coordination and management of:

Aligning the scope of the project with full understanding of business needs and success criteria of the client

Creation of the project plan in close collaboration with the client

Execution and tracking of the project plan to ensure timely delivery and identifying risks and managing those risks

Driving the meetings, their agenda and the meeting notes and action items

Identifying and aligning external and internal dependencies

Aligning and tracking client’s needs with the Product Roadmap

Ensuring right and timely training and hand-offs are provided to internal and external teams

Keeping engaged with the post-deployment needs, monitoring, support, metrics, and reports

Managing monthly business review meetings post deployment
