We will count on ourProduct Manager, Energy and Sustainability Servicesto formalize and diversify SitelogIQ’s Commercial & Industrial offerings by (1) managing the new offering development / NPI process and (2) cultivating and applying in-depth knowledge of ESG and sustainability solutions, customer industries, buyer needs, and the competitive landscape. The role is highly cross-functional and requires extensive collaboration with multiple business functions within SitelogIQ, including Sales, Solution Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. We are a services-based company, but this is similar to a product management / product marketing role. You’ll have flexibility to work 2-3 days/week remotely.

Product Manager, Energy and Sustainability Services Responsibilities

TheProduct Manager, Energy and Sustainability Servicesis responsible for developing SitelogIQ’s services from concept stage into successful, differentiated commercial offerings that meet the needs of our customers and achieve SitelogIQ’s strategic objectives.

Conduct market research and become an expert on SitelogIQ’s customers, competitors, and target markets in order to assess offer-market fit and identify new opportunities based on market needs

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis necessary to inform strategic market and service offering decisions

Package SitelogIQ’s project, solution, and advisory services into comprehensive direct sales offerings with standardized parameters, bundling, pricing, financial & savings models, contract language, and customer proposal templates

Develop and lead the execution of go-to-market plans that cover service delivery design, customer testing and validation, operational readiness, sales training, and demand generation

Drive offerings to commercial readiness by shepherding through a cross-functional development process with Operations, Solution Development, Finance, Sales, and Leadership

Collaborate with the CTO office, Data team, and Special Projects resources to influence SitelogIQ’s software roadmap and align iterations of dashboards and other tools with market opportunities

Work closely with Marketing to develop collateral and content that articulates the value of SitelogIQ’s offerings to customers and key influencers

Product Manager, Energy and Sustainability Services Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Introduction, Commercialization, or Management Consulting with a product/strategy focus

Demonstrated success developing product or service offerings and bringing them to market

Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills, including ability to build financial models and tools in MS Excel

Specific experience conducting market research and analysis

Ability to think across disciplines and functional expertise

Relentless, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
