As a business that has achieved industry leading levels of growth in recent years, we want to build further on that success by expanding into new geographies and adding to the client base.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Partnerships will be responsible for developing and delivering ENSEK’s Partnerships Strategy. You’ll develop exceptional relationships with consultants, complementary technology platforms and systems integrators in order to increase our routes to market. You’ll activate these partnerships internally and be responsible for sales targets through this channel.


ResponsibilitiesDevelop  a deep knowledge of the ENSEK software products and solutions to be able to accelerate partners to value.

Develop a target list of potential partners and prioritise for execution.

Act as the external face of ENSEK in developing relationships across partners and potential partners including complementary platforms, consultants, integrators and others who influence our clients and target clients.

Negotiate partnership agreements (with our Legal team) designed to deliver value for ENSEK, our partners and our clients and manage these relationships on an ongoing basis.

Work with our partners to build Go To Market plans and execute with them and the Business Development team. Ultimately, own the sales target for …
