What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

Conduct Quality Control inspection along with PPDIs

Correspond with homeowners, property management and required trades within established timelines

Manage all Tarion homeowner information files

Conduct the administrative aspects of the PDI

Conduct in suite Homeowner PDIs

Administrate, coordinate and oversee deficiency correction program

Complete all homeowner warranty status letters (30 Day, Year end, 2nd Year end)

Ensure PDI and closing packages are complete

Manage and track homeowner correspondence (PDI & Closing appointments) as well as service access requests after closing

Manage parking and locker assignments

What type of experience and skills do you have?

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Postsecondary degree/diploma in Business or Administration. Education and experience in the construction or real estate industry is an asset

Able to prioritize, take initiative, and work within tight deadlines

Solid organization skills, attention to detail and responsiveness

Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) experience

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
