This role is an opportunity to join a launch team as cord begins expansion in New York. As part of onboarding we will host successful candidates in London for a two week training period.

WHO YOU ARE

You might be someone who has been working in recruitment or who has be working in scaling SAAS businesses where you have built relationships with decision-makers such as CTO’s or People/Recruitment Managers.

You have sold into enterprise businesses and SME’s. You have demonstrated platforms to a variety of audiences and can adapt your “pitch” accordingly.

A self-starter, you work autonomously in managing your day to day role. You work closely with all areas of the business, providing regular updates and feedback on product requirements or improvements.

A natural-born hustler, you are driven by the buzz of sales but remain humble and open to learning.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In a growing business, your responsibilities can vary and priorities can change. However, some of the things you will be getting involved in are:

  • Work closely with SDR’s to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads, feeding back on the progress and ensuring the process is constantly refining
  • Run the sales cycle from demo to close and ensuring a smooth handover to our onboarding specialists
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales and other Account Executives to meet deliverables and OKR’s

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We don’t think anyone is the finished article, you should always be looking for ways to develop in your role. So if you don’t tick all of these boxes, don’t let that put you off, we want to know where you may need some support. However, some hard requirements are:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or selling SAAS products to in-house recruitment or people teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A structured, detail and process-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • You are both value-driven and results-focused
  • Your character is naturally infectious and you exude positive energy
  • Being a self-starter with a track record of ownership matters more to you than job titles
  • As an individual you are highly self-reflective; you can ‘fail well’ without ego, learn, and improve
  • While not essential, it would be great if you also had experience of working shorter sales cycles at a high volume.
